This combination makes the UAE a top area for investment right now, particularly in areas catering to tourism and hospitality, including short-term vacation rentals.

How are we taking advantage of this opportunity?

At Nomad Capital we are investing in the short-term vacation market, but limiting our risk. Instead of taking the traditional route of taking on debt to purchase a property and lease it out, we are working with landlords who own great properties across the city to secure long-term, preferable rate rents with the understanding we will be letting the property out as a short-term let.

This method allows us to minimise the outgoings while retaining the income.

Why are we open to investors and what do you get from this?

Short-term leasing using this method is cash intensive, so bringing in outside investors lets us scale the business at a much faster pace, growing the number of apartments available for short-term lease and along with that, the profits.

As an investor, you are a key player in the game and we therefore want to ensure you feel like one with the terms we offer.
